Instructions:

Prepare the Meat: In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced meat and cook until browned. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pot, add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

Add the Tomatoes and Spices: Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Cook the Noodles: While the vegetables are cooking, boil the hand-pulled noodles in a separate pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine and Simmer: Return the cooked meat to the pot with the vegetables and spices. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend and the meat to become tender.
