Finely chopped Ginger - 1tbs
Finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbs
Tomatoes - Chopped 1 Cup
Finely chopped red onions - 1 medium or small
Coriander - a handful
Salt to taste

Spices
Coriander powder - 2tbs
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1&1/2 tbs or normal chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
