Описание

The high Protien and fiber contain recipe - South Karnataka famous Basaru Mudde

Ingredients: For curry
Amaranth leaves / Harave Soppu
Toor dal
Oil
Jeera
Garlic
Red chilli and green chilli
Onion
Curry leaves
Salt

Steps :
1. Add 2 glass of water in a pan and let it get steam then add soaked Toor dal let it cook it 60%.
2. Then add chopped Amaranth leaves / Harave Soppu let it cook for 10 min. Once it is cooked starin out the excess water and dry curr keep it aside separately.
3. Keep 2 spoon of curry separately which we will use it for sambar.
4. In a pan add oil, jeera, curry leaves, onion, chillies, garlic saute everything and then add dry curry (Toor dal and leaves ) add Turmeric and salt to taste.
5. Mix everything and cook for 5 min.

Ingredients: For Sambar
Oil
Jeera
Ree chilli
Garlic
Curry leaves
Onion
Tomatoes
Sambar powder
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Garam masala
Tamarind
Salt
Coriander

Steps :

1. In a pan fry jeera, Garlic , Red chilli, Onion, curry leaves adding oil.
2. Once everything is fried let it get cool.
3. The add fried items to mixer jar adding turmeric sambar powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, tamarind, coriander and add dry curry which was kept aside then grind it to make smooth paste.
4. Add oil in a pan then put some mustered seeds, jeera and red chillies
5. Add the grinded paste mix everything then add strained water which was kept aside.
5. I have added extra chilli powder and Turmeric
6. Let it cook for 15 min the serve with Ragi mudde/ Chapati/ Rice.
