Best Italian dessert?! hmm it's up there for sure. #cannoli

Italians best dessert IMO. Cannolis are my favorite Italian sweet and this is how to make them. #cannoli #italianfood
I'm the video I halved the recipe, but here is the full batch

cannoli dough (cwispy)
2Cups all purpose flour
1/4tsp salt
2Tbsp sugar
3Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1/3C Marsala wine

ricotta filling
16oz of drained ricotta
1/2C Powdered Sugar
1tsp Vanilla extract
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp orange zest (optional)

blend dough In a food processor like in the video. chill for 1hr
Roll out as thin as possible (1/16") then cut out with 4 inch circle.
Seal dough over greased cannoli mold with water ok the edges and fry at 350F until golden brown. about 2-3min
pipe in ricotta and dip with chocolate chips.
