It starts with a base of almond butter caramel then vegan yogurt with a blue superfood blend and topped with grape chia “jam” and finished with almond butter granola and fresh blueberries. It’s so yummy and nostalgic and has a nice amount of protein (roughly 20g). Enjoy for breakfast or dessert.

To make:

Bottom Caramel Layer
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp Origine Naturals vanilla
pinch of salt
Large pinch of Origine Naturals cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp hot water

Stir almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Add hot water and mix well to reach caramel consistency. If mixture is too thick, add a little more hot water to reach desired consistency. Pour in bottom of small glass.

Middle Yogurt Layer
1/2 cup plant based yogurt (I used Silk soy plain)
1/2 tsp ​⁠@SMOOV Wave Superfood Blend (contains blue spirulina, butterfly pea flower and blueberries)
Add powder to yogurt and stir well to blend. Pour mixture on top of caramel layer.

Top Chia Grape Jam Layer (make in advance)
1/2 cup grape juice - no sugar added
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Add chia seeds to grape juice and stir well. Refrigerate overnight.

Top with a handful of gluten free almond butter granola (comment below for recipe) and fresh blueberries.
